Biomax is blending type microbial material. We collected lactobacillus living in harsh environment and selectively cultured at Industrial Technology Center of Nagasaki, then blended with yeast which has synergistic effect with our lactobacillus.
BioMax has already registered at Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and it is classified as “A” feed under feed safety law.
Since it is viable bacteria material (living and active bacteria), they have benefit of both viable and killed bacteria.
Also lactobacillus in Biomax has resistance toward salinity, UV light and arid environment. Therefore it can widely be used at various industries and usage, such as feedstuff at fisheries and livestock industry, fertilizer at agriculture, deodorizing and environmental improvement.

Biomax is vegetable lactic acid bacterium using only vegetable raw material. It is passed acute toxicity test at Japan Food Research Laboratories so user don’t need to worry about its safety.

Fisheries・livestock industry

Seafood and livestock can have better health status when they intake Biomax by promoted digestion absorption following intestinal bacterial flora improvement and normalization.
By keeping this better health condition, collapsed death rate will be decreased and various disease such as diarrhea and constipation can be prevented.
Those effects enables to produce better taste with no order and high quality product with safe method. Feed efficiency will be also improved since they will have good appetite and leftovers will be reduced.

Biomax will degrade nitrogen compounds which cause bad odor of ammonia and tri-methylamine. In vivo, Biomax prevent malodorous substance by improving intra-intestinal environment resulting in sharply decrease of excrement odor.
As a result, stress of rearing animal will decrease and it contributes to rearing and regional environment improvement.
For fisheries, Biomax can prevent water quality degradation from rotten leftover feed and excrement, and clean water environment can be maintained.
Deodorizing effect from decomposition of the malodorous substance can also be obtained by directly spraying Biomax. Therefore spraying at offensive odor area such as barn can dramatically improve air environment.

Microbial group that was absorbed by farm animal was fond in feces with status of being alive. (They have capable to reach bowels at living status)

Those alive microbial group cause heat by fermentation in feces which improve wet floor condition by reducing moisture in feces. This effect contributes a lot for feces disposal. In addition, this heat raise floor temperature and it results in cost saving of gas for heating at barn or poultry house.

Fisheries

○ Mix with feed
Mix and feed Bioax for 5% amount vs total feed volume. When you feed pellet, soak (be absorbed) Biomax and before feeding. If feed volume is large, you need to dilute Biomax with freshwater and mix with whole food. In order to maintain the efficacy, it is needed to administrate more than 3days a week.

※You don’t have to mix Biomax with water tank if you administrate to feed.

○ Administrate into water tank

- The first time (when you start rearing with water tank)
Administrate Biomax for 0.5% amount of total water volume into water tank. For filtration tank, administrate Biomax for 0.2% amount of total water volume.

- From the second time onwards (at water change timing)
Administrate Biomax into new water by considering the first administration volume. (If you change half water, administrate 0.5% to water tank and administrate 0.2% to filtration tank.)

※You don’t have to mix Biomax with feed if you administrate to water tank.

○ Water tank after rearing completion

Dry water tank completely by draining water and expose to sunlight. Then spray undiluted Biomax to moistened surface one week before you prepare new water tank.
Please use approximately 5 litter per 100m2 for artificial culture pond and 10 litter per 100m2 for paddy pond. 2~3 days later, apply Biomax with “” method.


Farming

○ Administrate by diluting in drinking water
Dilute Biomax by 500 to 1,000 times with drinking water and administrate more than 3ays a week.
If you use drinking water equipment such as picker, please dilute by 1,500 ~ 2,000 times and administrate every day in order to prevent clogging.

○ Administration by blending with feed
Add or spray Biomax for 3-5% of total feed volume for more than 3days a week.

○ Administration until weamomg
Add Biomax into milk by 1% of total volume and administrate 2 times a day every day.

※ At any administration method, please start with higher concentration then once their intestinal condition stabilized, gradually lower the concentration.
It is important to continuous administration in order to maintain the efficacy.


Poultry

○ Administrate by diluting in drinking water
Administrate Biomax 0.1ml/each one-time/day for more than 3days a week, please make each administration to be within 2-3 hours.
Or
Dilute Biomax by 500 to 1000 times with drinking water and administrate more than 2days a week. Please start with higher concentration then once their intestinal condition stabilized, gradually lower the concentration.


Deodorizing for Floor

Spray Diluted solution of Biomax (diluted approximately 500times with water) with sprayer on target.

○ Biomax is living bacterial drug. So please keep at ordinary temperature, dark place and use up while it has high bioactivity (standard is 3months)

○ Biomax is compound preparations. So please shake before using.
